Among many career highlights he was head of the BBC’s learning and development operation, and for 12 years Advisory Board Member for the University of Pennsylvania’s CLO Doctoral Program. T   his conversation explores his past career but also the insights to which that lifetime of experience has given rise. He has interesting things to say about L&D’s interactions with the business, and good advice for learning professionals.
